陈家鹏,博士,副研究员,学科骨干。2013年及2018年在中山大学分别获得学士学位(光信息科学与技术专业)和博士学位(固体物理和力学方向)。2019年5月至2022年4月在中山大学从事博士后研究工作。2022年5月通过高层次人才引进办法加入东莞理工学院。

陈家鹏主要从事以材料稳定性为主的一些力学研究,共发表了SCI期刊论文总计10篇,其中5篇属JCR分区大类一区,包括Journal of the Mechanics and Physics of Solids,Extreme Mechanics Letters,SCIENCE CHINA Physics, Mechanics & Astronomy。主持了国家自然科学基金青年基金以及中国博士后科学基金面上资助。作为主要参与人参与国家自然科学基金原创探索计划项目1项,面上项目2项。
